Louisiana Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bottled clam juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine cayenne, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper flakes. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and add seasonings. Cook until bubbly.
3. Add the shrimp, coat with the butter mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the beer, clam juice and lemon juice and cook 3 more minutes until shrimp are pink.
4. Serve hot in bowls.
