Crisp Oatmeal Cookies
|Rolled oats||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packed)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix rolled oats, sugar, and oil together; let stand overnight.
Heat oven to 325° (slow mod.).
Blend eggs, salt, and almond extract into rolled oat mixture.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 min.
