Fresh Plum Cobbler
|Sweet plums||2 Pound (16 Pieces)|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Biscuit mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Cut plums in quarters and spread in a buttered 8-inch-square deep baking dish, or 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Spread with brown sugar and pour in the orange juice.
Mix biscuit mix, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and blend into dry ingredients.
Pour over plums and bake at 375F for 40 to 50 minutes.
