Ingredients
  Finely shredded red cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Julienne cut bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), matchstick pieces (Red / Yellow)
  Thinly sliced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Golden raisins 2 Tablespoon, plumped
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple cider vinegar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. In large glass or stainless-steel bowl combine all ingredients; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Stir salad just before serving.
