Boston Bittermilk Brown Bread
|Graham flour/Whole-wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs) (seedless)|
1. Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into three well-greased 1-pound coffee cans. Let stand 30 minutes before baking.
2. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
