American Scrambled Eggs
|Pepper||1 Dash (Few Grains)|
|Shredded american cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and cheese with a fork until just blended.
2. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (15 seconds at HIGH). Pour egg mixture into casserole. Cook uncovered 3 to 4 minutes at HIGH, or until eggs are almost set; stir twice during cooking.
3. Remove from oven; stir and allow to stand covered a few minutes before serving.
