|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Light corn syrup||2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||2 Teaspoon|
|Oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular / Quick Variety)|
|Brown rice flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt butter in a heavy pan over moderate heat.
Add sugar and honey.
Stir until bubbly and blended.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls well apart on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° 7-8 minutes, or until edges are browned.
Cool on sheet for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
