|Cake crumbs||4 Ounce|
|Grated chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Corn flour||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Chocolate glace icing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Line 15 patty tins with the pastry.
Cream tbe sugar and egg yolks well together till thick and white, and add the cake-crumbs; chocolate, cornflour and melted butter.
Whisk the egg whites till stiff and fold them carefully into the mixture.
Fill the patty tins and bake in a fairly hot oven (400° F., Gas 6) for 20-25 min When cold spread with chocolate glace icing.
