Chocolate Tartlets

Ingredients
  Short crust pastry 1 (using 6 oz. flour, etc.)
  Caster sugar 3 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Cake crumbs 4 Ounce
  Grated chocolate 2 Ounce
  Corn flour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Chocolate glace icing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Line 15 patty tins with the pastry.
Cream tbe sugar and egg yolks well together till thick and white, and add the cake-crumbs; chocolate, cornflour and melted butter.
Whisk the egg whites till stiff and fold them carefully into the mixture.
Fill the patty tins and bake in a fairly hot oven (400° F., Gas 6) for 20-25 min When cold spread with chocolate glace icing.
