|Chopped jalapeno pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), blanched, peeled and pureed|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄2 Pound (Soft)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
? Mix spices, jalapeno pepper and garlic together in bowl. Add butter and mix until well incorporated. Season with salt and lemon juice. Mix again.
? Place butter on double sheet of aluminum foil. Roll in a cylindrical shape and twist ends shut. Freeze and use as needed.
