|Lemon||1 Large, sliced|
|Large fresh shrimp||4 Pound (Unpeeled)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seafood seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Bring water and lemon to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Place shrimp in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
Combine vegetable oil and remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over shrimp.
Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.
Drain before serving.
