Beef Creole

Ingredients
  Minute steaks 4 (very thin)
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 g.)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 , pith and seeds removed and chopped
  Beef stock 5 Fluid Ounce (150 ml)
Directions

Flatten the steaks with a rolling pin and season with the salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Melt the butter in a frying-pan.
Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the steaks and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
