|Minute steaks||4 (very thin)|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Drop|
|Butter||3 Ounce (75 g.)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed and chopped|
|Beef stock||5 Fluid Ounce (150 ml)|
Flatten the steaks with a rolling pin and season with the salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Melt the butter in a frying-pan.
Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the steaks and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
