Creamy Cole Slaw
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded red cabbage||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Shredded green cabbage||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, parsley, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Add red and green cabbage and carrots.
Toss until well mixed.
Can be made ahead of time.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
