Crunchy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Walnuts 3 Ounce (75 Grams)
  Celery stick 3
  Dessert apples 4
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Basic mayonnaise 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Crisp lettuce leaves 4
For garnish
  Dessert apple 1⁄4 , thinly sliced
  Walnut halves 4
  Celery leaves/Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Peel the cucumber and chop roughly, using the double-bladed chopping knife, together with the parsley, walnuts and celery.
Peel the apples and chop roughly in the same way, adding a little lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix all the ingredients together with the mayonnaise.
