Crunchy Waldorf Salad
|Walnuts||3 Ounce (75 Grams)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Basic mayonnaise||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Crisp lettuce leaves||4|
|Dessert apple||1⁄4 , thinly sliced|
|Celery leaves/Lettuce leaves||4|
Peel the cucumber and chop roughly, using the double-bladed chopping knife, together with the parsley, walnuts and celery.
Peel the apples and chop roughly in the same way, adding a little lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix all the ingredients together with the mayonnaise.
