|Cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Miniature marshmallows||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), unpared|
|Seedless green grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Broken california walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar.
Cover and chill overnight.
Add apple, grapes, walnuts, and salt.
Fold in whipped cream; chill.
Serve in large bowl or individual lettuce cups.
Garnish with clusters of grapes.
