Pina Colada Slush

  Banana 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1/2 Of 12 Ounce Can)
  Instant non fat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut extract 1 Teaspoon

Combine banana and lemon juice; toss gently to coat.
Place banana slices on a baking sheet.
Cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Combine banana, pineapple juice concentrate, and next 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Add enough crushed ice to reach 4 cups; cover and process until slushy.
