Pina Colada Slush
|Banana||1 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1/2 Of 12 Ounce Can)|
|Instant non fat dry milk powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coconut liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Coconut extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine banana and lemon juice; toss gently to coat.
Place banana slices on a baking sheet.
Cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Combine banana, pineapple juice concentrate, and next 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Add enough crushed ice to reach 4 cups; cover and process until slushy.
