Quick Blueberry Cobbler
|Canned blueberry pie filling||21 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Biscuit baking mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
Heat oven to 400°.
Mix pie filling and orange peel in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Heat in oven 15 minutes while preparing topping.
Stir remaining ingredients to a soft dough.
Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture.
Bake until topping is light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
