|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)|
|Cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Green cabbage||3⁄4 Pound, core removed, shredded|
|Red cabbage||1⁄2 Pound, core removed, shredded|
|Thinly sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced red bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Add cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
