Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Green cabbage 3⁄4 Pound, core removed, shredded
  Red cabbage 1⁄2 Pound, core removed, shredded
  Thinly sliced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced red bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Add cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
