Cajun Red Bean And Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  Dried kidney beans 1 Pound
  Salt pork/Ham 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Chopped onions 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Smoked sausage 1 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder with parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse beans.
Place beans in large, heavy Dutch oven.
Add water to level 2 inches above beans; let soak overnight.
Add salt pork, bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour or until beans are tender.
