Cowboy Beans

Ingredients
  Pinto beans 7 Pound
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sage 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Dried minced onions 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt pork 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
Directions

Soak beans overnight.
Add the rest of ingredients.
Cook slowly 3-4 hrs., stirring occasionally.
Add more water if needed to keep juicy.
