Bratwurst Wisconsin Style
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium|
|Beer||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
Brown brats on grill.
Cook slowly so skin does not burn.
Place pan of beer in center of grill — if you use coals on side it won't boil out as fast.
Add onions, peppers, and brats.
Cover and cook 30 min.
