|Red eating apples||3|
|Lemons juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Ounce|
Core and dice unpeeled apples, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add sliced celery and walnuts.
Toss together with enough mayonnaise to moisten thoroughly.
Pile into salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
