Crème De Banana Foster

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 4 Medium
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Creme de banana liqueur/Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1
Directions

Peel bananas; bias-slice.
Brush with lemon juice.
In blazer pan of chafing dish melt butter over direct heat.
Stir in sugar.
Add bananas.
Cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons liqueur or rum over all.
Heat remaining rum in large ladle or small saucepan till it almost simmers.
Ignite rum and pour over bananas.
