Old Fashioned Hot Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
  Red delicious apple 2 Large
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Granola 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Peel and quarter the apples, cut out the seeds and core, then cut into l/4-inch wedges.
In a bowl, sprinkle the apples with the lemon juice, add all the remaining ingredients except the granola, and toss to mix.
Divide the apples among 4 small individual baking dishes, or spread in a shallow 2-cup baking dish, and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over each cobbler and return to the oven for 3 minutes more.
