Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Medium
  Carrots 2
  Onions spring 4
  Celery stick 4
  Red apple 1 , skinned
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Pint
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove stalk and shred cabbage very finely; grate carrots.
Cut celery and spring onions, including green parts, into diagonal pieces.
Wash, but do not peel apple, core and cut into dice.
Mix together all prepared vegetables and apple and add enough dressing to give even coating.
Mix well. Dressing Place all dressing ingredients in small basin, mix well.
