Iowa Farm Ice Cream
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Beat salted eggs until thick and lemon colored; beat in sugar.
Add cream, vanilla, and milk; pour into gallon can of ice-cream freezer.
Freeze in ice and rock salt, using 8 parts ice to 1 part rock salt.
Remove dasher and cover.
Pack in ice and rock salt.
