|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine eggs, milk, and shortening in mixing bowl; add flour and salt and beat until mixture is smooth.
Pour into hot greased custard cups or hot iron muffin pans.
Bake at 425° for 40 minutes.
