Creole Pork Chops
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Rotel tomatoes||2 Can (20 oz) (2 Can With Chilies)|
|Creole seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
Season pork chops with Creole seasoning and brown lightly in a heavy skillet.
Chop onions and bell peppers; quarter potatoes and carrots.
Place pork chops in a 9-by-l3 inch pan and layer vegetables on top of meat.
In a large bowl mix soup and tomatoes together.
Pour this mixture over the meat and vegetables.
Cover with foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
