|Peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced (Canned/Fresh)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon powder||2 Pinch|
If using canned peaches, drain out the syrup/water.
Boil half cup water in a saucepan. Add sugar and peaches. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add butter to a non-stick baking dish and place in oven to melt.
Remove peaches from heat. Combine the flour and milk and mix well to prevent clumps and add it to the peaches.
Pour this mixture into the baking dish and scoop any remaining fruit on the top. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
