Ingredients
  Bourbon whiskey 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Part)
  French vermouth 3⁄4 Ounce (1/4 Th)
  Simple syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Peychaud bitters 2 Dash
  Lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put simple syrup and lemon peel into glass with ice.
Stir until glass is well chilled.
Add whiskey, vermouth, and bitters.
Stir again briskly.
Make each glass separately.
