Custard Popovers

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease 6 deep (5-oz.) custard cups generously.
Mix flour and salt together lightly in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs and milk and beat together with a rotary beater just until smooth.
Pour into prepared custard cups, filling about half
