Tomato Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef stew meat 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen vegetables 24 Ounce (1 Package, For Stew)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Condensed tomato soup 21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Canned whole mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

1. Place meat in 3-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except tomato; recover.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 55 to 60 minutes or until meat is fork tender.
