Creole Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken spring 1
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄4 Pint (1/2 Cup)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
Directions

Heat the butter in the dish, put in the chicken joints and brown all over.
Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the stock, Worcestershire sauce and flavorings.
Bring to boiling point then cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
