Turkey Waldorf Salad With Grapes
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked chopped turkey||5 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Chopped apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Halved seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red / Green)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low cal buttermilk/Creamy cucumber salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
In a medium mixing bowl combine shredded cabbage, turkey, apple, grapes, and celery.
In a small mixing bowl combine salad dressing and milk.
Pour over turkey mixture and toss.
For each serving, spoon half of the turkey mixture into a cabbage leaf.
