Mormon Biscuits With Cream Gravy

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour milk/Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream gravy 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients; work in shortening to consistency of fine meal.
Add milk to make soft dough.
Roll on floured board to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Bake on greased cookie sheet in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Split biscuits; pour Cream Gravy over them.
