Grand Marnier Bananas Foster
|Unsalted butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Firm ripe bananas||2 , cut on an angle into 1/4-inch-thick slices|
|Grand marnier||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Add the butter, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon; cook, stirring, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
Add the bananas and cook until the bananas soften, 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the Grand Marnier.
Touch and lit match to the surface of the skillet to ignite; cook, shaking the pan, until the flame goes out, about 30 seconds.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
