Ingredients
  White cabbage 1⁄2 Small, finely shredded
  Carrots 2 , grated
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), sliced
  Dried apricots 75 Gram (Ready To Eat)
  Pumpkin seeds 3 Tablespoon, toasted
  Mixed chopped herbs 4 Tablespoon (Fresh, Such As Parsley And Mint)
  Natural yogurt 150 Milliliter
  Half fat creme fraiche 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, turning them together to mix.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
