|Shredded carrot||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (1 Medium Ones)|
|Finely chopped pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green / Red Sweet)|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Non fat mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a salad bowl toss together the cabbage, carrot, green or red sweet pepper and green onion.
For the dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
Toss lightly to coat.
Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.
