Beet And Cabbage Slaw
|Pickled beets||8 Ounce (1/2 Of A 16 Ounce Jar)|
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain pickled beets, reserving 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid; chop drained beets.
Combine beets, shredded cabbage, and chopped green pepper; chill.
At serving time, prepare dressing by blending mayonnaise and reserved beet liquid; toss dressing lightly with cabbage mixture.
