|Diced apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Julienne cut celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Broken california walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Blend together next 3 ingredients and dash salt.
Fold in whipped cream; fold into apple mixture; chill.
Arrange in lettuce-lined bowl.
Decorate with frosted grapes.
