Tutti Frutti Cobbler

Ingredients
  Refrigerated biscuits 6 (1 Package)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mixed fruit/One can of 16-ounce fruit cocktail 17 Ounce (Chunky, 1 Can)
Directions

Use kitchen shears to cut the biscuits into quarters.
In a plastic or paper bag combine sugar and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add biscuit quarters; shake to coat.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; stir in orange juice.
Add undrained chunky mixed fruit or fruit cocktail.
Cook and stir till the mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Immediately transfer the hot fruit mixture to a 1-quart casserole; top with biscuit pieces.
Bake in a 400° oven about 15 minutes.
