Ingredients
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped red onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed or minced
  Minced jalapeno chili 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Shredded peeled kohlrabi/Broccoli stems 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peeled shredded carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded zucchini 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, oil, onion, cilantro, sugar, garlic, and chili to taste.
2. Add kohlrabi, carrots, and zucchini. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
