Apple Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  Sliced peeled peaches/Frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tart apple 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For topping
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
Spoon into a greased shallow 2-qt.baking dish.
For topping, in a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Stir in milk just until blended.
Drop by spoonfuls over peach mixture.
Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
