Crab Cakes Eastern Shore Virginia

Ingredients
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Carnation milk 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix crab meat, and other ingredients.
Add enough whole Carnation milk to form soft patties.
Fry in deep fat.
