Apricot Orange Conserve

Ingredients
  Peeled pitted chopped apricots 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely shredded orange peel 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except nuts, in a large sauce pot.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add nuts last 5 minutes of cooking; stir well.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam and stir alternately for 5 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
