1. Divide the prepared white cabbage, carrot, pecans, cranberries and raisins between 2 airtight containers.
2. Stir in the apple and mayonnaise and check the seasoning. (If you want some coleslaw for another day, do not dress this portion until the day of eating; the undressed coleslaw will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.)
