Fruity Coleslaw

Ingredients
  White cabbage 3 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded (1 Can , 100 Grams)
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Pecans 3 1⁄2 Ounce, toasted and chopped (1 Can , 100 Grams)
  Dried cranberries 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Sharp dessert apples 2 , diced
  Low fat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Divide the prepared white cabbage, carrot, pecans, cranberries and raisins between 2 airtight containers.
2. Stir in the apple and mayonnaise and check the seasoning. (If you want some coleslaw for another day, do not dress this portion until the day of eating; the undressed coleslaw will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.)
