Ingredients
  Liquid butter buds 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar/1/4 teaspoon sweet 'n low brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground lean turkey meat 1 Pound (Skinless And White)
Directions

Simmer ingredients in a large non-stick skillet for 1 hour.
You can also cook this in a crock pot for 4-5 hours while you are away from the house.
Have your butcher grind white turkey meat for you, and you will save a lot of fat grams.
