Popovers are made with flour & eggs.Popovers pop out of the oven when baked & are served hot.My way of cooking Popovers are different since I make Diebatic Popovers.All my diet recipes are dedicated to my mom & these Diebatic Popovers are a gift from me to her.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Small
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and skim milk; add to
flour. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into heated greased muffin tins,
filling half full or less. Bake at 375F for 50 minutes, or until popovers
are golden brown and sound hollow. DO NOT OPEN OVEN FOR FIRST 40 MINUTES.
