Skillet Style Peach Cobbler
|Canned sliced peaches||28 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream/Whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine peaches, butter, and lemon juice in a 10-inch skillet.
Cover and cook over medium heat until simmering.
Combine biscuit mix and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk to make soft dough.
Spoon dough into simmering fruit
