Skillet Style Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches 28 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Biscuit mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream/Whipped topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine peaches, butter, and lemon juice in a 10-inch skillet.
Cover and cook over medium heat until simmering.
Combine biscuit mix and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk to make soft dough.
Spoon dough into simmering fruit
