Hawaiian Ham Pie

|Ground cooked ham||1 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 1⁄2 Ounce, well drained (1 Can Of 1 Pound 4 1/2 Ounce)|
|9 inch unbaked pastry shell||1|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Thoroughly combine ham, crumbs, egg, milk, mustard, onion, and 1/2 cup of the pineapple.
Spread in pastry shell.
Combine remaining pineapple and brown sugar; arrange on ham mixture in a spoke pattern.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 45 minutes.
