Pimiento Cheese Party Ball
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Brand)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pimiento cheese spread||15 Ounce (3 Jars, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed olive||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook rice according to package directions for half the basic recipe.
Combine all ingredients, except pecans; mix well.
Line a small bowl with plastic wrap.
Spoon cheese mixture into bowl.
Fold edges of plastic wrap over rice mixture.
Remove from bowl and shape into a ball.
Chill well, 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Remove plastic wrap from ball.
Roll ball in chopped pecans until evenly coated with nuts.
